It is an interesting Marketing Venture and could just as easily have been mentioned in one oif my business blogs...
Thus reads the original Preface to an esteemed translation of the Holy Scriptures, known to hundreds of millions over the last 400 years, as the Authorized King James Version of the Holy Scriptures.
Those translators knew that to translate the Holy Scriptures into English would likely subject them to apathy and harsh criticism.
Now as we look into the past 400 years we can see that this English translation proved capable of shining a bright light directing people to seek their Creator.
Although not the first rendering of the Word of God into the English language it has been so very long referred to as THE HOLY BIBLE that it has become regarded as one of the most trustworthy and influential translations of all times.
It is widely recognized for standardizing the way English is written and how our words are pronounced. Prior to the printing press, bookmaking was so very extraordinarily expensive no common man had a book of any kind, let alone a Bible.
